cause that shit ain’t flattering.
I get it, ya’ll been listening to Future and Lil Wayne and gawd knows who else and the words they use to describe sex is what you’ve taken from like a Sponge-Absorbing baby.
Men of color…your sex describing words, phrases and the like are not Flattering or Sexy.
For example, a guy I met at a bar who’s been texting me, I told him if he wanted to have sex I’d rather know now than later, he texts me back and uses the word “Smash”
First of all Smash sounds fuckin painful, and okay great it establishes your mighty masculinity and maleHigherStatus Roleness.
These songs that describe sex as this completely plutonic, submissive, offensive and objectifying lyrics/terms etc are not Attractive.
Maxwell anyone? Robin Thicke? Come on dudes, take some lessons-Frank Ocean’s a damn baby but he’s pretty much got the point.
There’s a tumblr post going around of this white dude talking about how porn:
I feel like a lot of our culture/generation takes from these examples, I’ve run into too many dudes that became sexually uninteresting because they didn’t know how to be sensual, express themselves sexually or even explore (and I don’t mean kinkily either!)
I enjoy sex as an act between two people, that is physically intimate but also fun! The things described in porn, songs, these fantasies shoved into are heads aren’t we like Guys…and trust we like sex just as much as ya’ll do. There’s just not that many of you and we fish differently.
"Damn your so sexy" is not a turn on…learn somethin brothas.
